Refund Process:

2. Validation: Our customer care team will verify your request and confirm eligibility for a refund.
3. Return (if applicable): If the issue requires returning the product, you will receive instructions on packaging and shipping. Please note that refunds are only processed upon receiving the undamaged product.
4. Refund Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or using PayPal for certain orders) within 10 business days.

Please note:
